Affiliate Marketing Warning – Are You Paid Your Worth?

Back in 2016 when I started my 1st affiliate marketing business selling
high ticket offers. The company started making changes with the compensation
plan and lowering payout commissions.

What made things worse was that there was no longer tier 2. Most affiliates
that were building their audience and bringing in new affiliates working
their tails off weren’t getting paid their worth.

These affiliate marketing companies constantly change their compensation
plan. They do this so that the owners of the company can produce more
money off the backs of hard workers that are bringing in customers and new
affiliate marketers. If this is something that’s been happening to you, what
exactly are you doing about getting paid your worth?

If you have been working hard building your audience and engaging with your
audience and closing out sales and teaching your team on how to close out
sales and the company isn’t paying you at least 80% in commissions, that to
me is an insult. Needless to say, you should always look into what you are
earning in sales and what the company is earning off your efforts.

Cutting people’s commission and getting rid of tier 2 where you are earning
commission from your team member who’s making sales and sign-ups hurt the
retention. No one should be taking anything under 50% in commissions.

Earning commissions at 80% will get you more money in running paid advertising.
You can keep scaling until you and your new affiliates can earn enough so that
you all can quit that soul-sucking 9 – 5 job.

Listen, I’ve been in the union as a cable technician for nearly 9 years
and it was a place where the people that are on top weren’t paying guys their
worth. And we worked our tails off for a cable company that didn’t care.

I see the same thing happening in the Affiliate Marketing industry where people
like my mentors worked to build a company that’s made millions in sales getting
screwed over by the company.
