Success In Affiliate Marketing Without Social Media?
Perspective On Affiliate Marketing Without Using Social Media
If you think you have what it takes to succeed in affiliate marketing without social media, I say give it your best shot, and best of luck to you. I’m sure a few people have had success. Not saying no one out there didn’t succeed and I kind of want to believe someone out there may be winning.
It makes you wonder how far did some of them go and how long did they last in the industry? What’s their life like right now. Did they really make it without using social media? If they’re doing it long-term, I feel it’s an unrealistic belief and I will explain why in this article.
How Are You Building A Know, Like, & Trust Factor
All the leads you’re generating are building an audience of real people not showing your face. The only thing they see is text or a video with no face. Do you think the news would be boring if you couldn’t see a face on TV and all you could see was text?
You probably wouldn’t waste time on the news if all you read was text, right? So, if you’re only emailing your subscribers and not using social media (which almost everybody uses) how are you building a know, like, & trust factor? Remember, people don’t join an opportunity, they join you. They want to have a human connection with you.
Sustaining Your Business Behind The Scenes
How does your business work without social media when there’s a disconnect? I’ve seen so many people marketing on Facebook behind the scenes, not making a connection to people that’s interested in their offer. What you have is great. You want to change people’s lives but if they don’t see you, they’ll walk away.
There must be a human-to-human connection before anyone is interested in joining you and the opportunity. You will make them feel as if they’re connected with a robot. That will make them feel uneasy, and uncertain about making a buying decision.
There is no authenticity and people don’t like connecting with a person behind the scenes. How long do you think they’ll stick around? How would feel if you were only able to read scripts for your favorite TV series, not seeing the actors playing your favorite characters? The point is, stay on your business, not in it.
Conclusion
You’re doing this for the long haul, so you want to make a human-to-human connection with your list. Stop hiding from them, welcome them into your world. Get better at learning how to stand out from all the rest doing the same senseless shit that turns people off.
