Manifestation mode – When too much around you distracts you

When You Build You Will Hit A Wall

The key to manifesting is having a clear mind and being able to focus on what you want.
This can be difficult when there’s too much going on around you. When you’re trying to
manifest, it can be hard not to get distracted by things like your phone or other
people’s problems.

This was one of my biggest problems when I started on my journey. I was living with the
family at the time and I was so tired of the arguments between them while working
my business. Also spending too much time watching what other people do on social media.

Here are some tips for managing distractions so that they don’t distract from your goals:

Too Much Information Is A Distraction

In the beginning, I struggled with grabbing all the information, not knowing what the
first step was. So I tried learning everything at once, spreading myself thin thinking I
will have a breakthrough.

The amount of information was too much for me to handle and it was overwhelming.
It took years of practice and but I was able to start seeing results by simply identifying
the problem and admitting there is a problem.

As a network marketer or affiliate, the amount of information available to you can
create resistance. If or when that happens that creates a wall in your path.

You need to know what your goals are first before focusing on something specific like
Facebook ads or YouTube videos (for example). Work on one of those, learn how it
works, and apply what you learned.

Keep A Notebook or Journal With You At All Times

I personally keep a notebook by myself at all times. I write down everything that crosses
my mind, whether it’s something I want to remember later or just an idea for something
else.

I use this method not only for keeping track of important things (like tasks), but also
for recording ideas that may be useful later on in my life

I don’t worry about organizing it later because doing so would take away from the
experience of writing down these thoughts and ideas as they come to me.

Are you journaling at the end of your days before you sleep? It’s good to write down
what you got done. What didn’t get done and why wasn’t the task completed.
Remember you’re running a business.

You need to hold yourself accountable for your daily tasks. Write down the one thing
that distracted you from your activities.

Conclusion

I hope that this article has helped you understand why keeping a notebook is so
important. It’s something I’ve been doing for years, and it has helped me stay organized
and focused on my goals.

The key is finding out what works best for you & identifying especially what’s blocking
you from yourself and your goal–whether that means writing down everything or
just jotting down ideas on how to overcome these mental blocks.
