Why Content Marketing?

I knew what I had to do; I just didn’t know the purpose of content marketing. My marketing sucked, and when I didn’t get the results for my business, it made me dislike marketing to people who had no interests. “What the Hell is wrong with these people?

I have what they are looking for and they turn me down?!” I would say to myself. I didn’t fully get the purpose of content marketing. And maybe you’re reading this and going through what I did in the beginning. So, I will explain in this article the purpose of content marketing.

No More Pitching To Your Audience

The purpose of content marketing is to always build that know, like, and trust factor. You must know who your target market is before anything can happen. If you’re not doing that, you already lost them.

None of them give a sh*t about the program you promote. They don’t care about your products and services. Do you know what they do care about? Themselves. So, you must create solutions to whatever problems they are having. You must learn how to create value and story-based content.

Work on building relationships with your audience and learn to captivate them with the content you create on social media or email.

Be Consistent

No one’s ever gotten results in their business fast creating content on social media. It takes time to see the results. Make noise with your content that will pique the curiosity of your audience. Bring them into your world. You want to be posting content daily. Get as many eyeballs on you as possible.

Get them to engage on your post or emails asking them if they have questions. You need to be in their face every day. Just because you don’t see results the right way, doesn’t mean what you doing doesn’t work. It takes time.
