Back when I had no fucking clue about digital assets, I remember when I started my 1^st network marketing business. I was marketing the old-fashioned way of walking up to people asking them “Hey, ever heard of company XYZ?” I would hand them my business card and flyer. I hounded friends and family, and it would annoy the shit out of them.

This would go on for weeks and was still not getting me anywhere. I didn’t think about this at the time but I thought “Maybe if I use Facebook and go to some of the groups I’m in, maybe people would be interested.”

That’s what I did and that didn’t work. Using social media was a great idea but I just didn’t know how to use it the right way. In this article, we’ll explore what a digital asset is and how you use it the right way to build your brand.

You’ve been using most of these platforms to share things like movie trailers, new gaming consoles, or new Jordans. If you go out to a new restaurant, you post that also. Everything we do on social media where it looks like we’re promoting, someone else gets paid. Wouldn’t you like to be paid for promoting on social media?

Platforms like Facebook, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and TikTok are digital assets. Skilled Network and Affiliate marketers know how to use these platforms which gives them the edge in their business. They first find their target market, sell to that market by giving them value and building relationships.

They’re not pitching saying “Hey, ever heard of this program that’s making affiliates in the company super-rich. Are you interested in joining?” Another important factor in using these digital assets is you want to run traffic daily to your offers by leveraging social media.

Digital assets and learning the skills on how to use them for your business can feed you for life. Remember, not everyone is your target market so get clear who your target market is and go out and find them.
