Email Marketing Review: Beginners Guide To Success

When I first started email marketing it was one of the most challenging and confusing activities for me. I didn’t know what I was doing or how to use it properly. My marketing was crap and people I was sending my crappy emails to saw how much I sucked at marketing.

The only problem at the time for me was I didn’t see it that way. I would write the same pushy emails thinking I would get a result. When I finally decided to find a program that was going to teach me the right way, everything I was taught became clear to me.

I stopped with the salesy emails. No longer was I sending bullsh*t ads to my email list. I was taking the time to write captivating emails. I was able to make my 1^st sale by emailing my subscribers. Not only did the person buy, but they also upgraded the services I was promoting.

You’re probably one of those newbies that rely on social media to build your list. That’s great and all, but if you’re not implementing email marketing, it’s like you’re shooting in the dark. The goal here is to be in control of your list.

Don’t always rely on Facebook or other social media platforms when building your list. Email marketing and using autoresponders like Aweber (I highly recommend). Having an autoresponder and adding to your list is traffic your control. Building your list on Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok is traffic someone else controls. Your email list stays with you always.

I used to make the mistake of sending my list spammy emails promoting offers that got me little to no opens. “Hey, would you like to learn how to make $1k a day?” That would get you to run away, wouldn’t it? Nobody likes having emails with crappy offers shoved down their throats.

The sad part is I’ve subscribed to some of these 6 or 7-figure earners email lists and I must say it was the biggest disappointment. None of their emails made me feel anything nor were they entertaining.

It made me think “How are you making money creating these awful spammy emails?”. If you’re following in their footsteps, stop now!

Because if you continue people will complain and your account could be in danger of getting deleted permanently. You want to learn how to create emails that speak to your target market’s pain and struggles. They’re getting tired of reading your ads.
