Tales Of the Internet Marketing Failure

Most people I talk to that start out in the internet marketing business make the worst fucking mistake of saying, “I hope to start making money soon”. And I say to myself “Oh lord, another one bites the dust.” They give it about 1 week and when they don’t see results, they quit.

They easily convince themselves “If he can do it, so can I.” But what they fail to understand is how people that are earning top dollar are working extremely hard, doing what’s necessary like investing in themselves and their intellectual capital and learning new skillsets.

You’re starting a business while you still think like an employee. That’s one way to fail if you’re thinking “If I sit on my ass all day, I’ll be paid.” If you don’t have the education, skillsets an effective plan, to build your business daily, you might as well quit now and work hard on your 9 – 5 hopefully to move up the corporate ladder.

You must think like an entrepreneur. What do most entrepreneurs that are successful do with their time and how much time are they spending on being coached. Entrepreneurs are always being creative, working on their mindset, they don’t emotionally attach themselves to money. They don’t make excuses blaming someone or something for their failures.

Meanwhile, the employee thinks about having financial success but doesn’t look for ways to start building a business. They play the victim looking for sympathy. Living in validation and acceptance. They’re focusing too much on other people’s lives but not focused on themselves.

They complain “This inflation and economy sucks. The rich will stay rich while us people remain poor.” They want something for nothing (Freebies) and punish themselves to get it no matter how stressed they are about their situation.

The people that succeed in this business are the ones willing to do whatever it takes. They work on their mindset, they hire coaches, and they don’t make excuses blaming the economy or other people for their problems.

Don’t be like the rest of those failed internet marketers throwing spaghetti on the wall hoping it sticks. Otherwise, you’ll continue the same boring cycle of doing shit that doesn’t work.
